The invention discloses a conversion circuit and an industrial control device comprising the same. The conversion circuit comprises a signal conversion circuit, a trigger driving circuit and a first filter circuit which are connected with the signal conversion circuit. The trigger driving circuit is connected with a sensor and is used for acquiring a signal of the sensor and amplifying the received signal of the sensor. The signal conversion circuit is used for converting the amplified signal of the sensor into a dry contact signal capable of controlling the on-off state and then outputting the dry contact signal. The first filter circuit is used for reducing the noise in the outputted dry contact signal. A signal converter converts the amplified sensor signal into a signal capable of being received and recognized by a signal receiver. Different sensor signals can be converted into common dry contact signals through the signal conversion circuit, so that different types of sensors can be conveniently adapted to the existing signal receiver. Therefore, the development complexity of the related industrial control device is reduced, and the development time thereof is shortened.
