The motor magnetic encoder comprises an encoder chip U1, a quadrature encoding output module and an instrument signal output module, wherein the quadrature encoding output module is used for enlarging an output voltage range of the encoder chip U1 and improving a current driving capability of the encoder chip U1; the encoder chip U1 comprises two paths of output signals; the two paths of output signals comprise a chip output signal A and a chip output signal B; and the chip output signal A and the chip output signal B pass through the quadrature encoding output module to respectively and correspondingly output a phase-A signal and a phase-B signal and the phase-A signal and the phase-B signal are output to a controller. By adopting the quadrature encoding output module, the output voltage range is enlarged and the current driving capability is improved and the driving of the controller can be met under a large-power condition; and the instrument signal output module is used for increasing one path of rotary speed output signal, so that one path of special rotary speed output signal is provided for vehicle instrument display.
