Embodiment 1

[0054] Example 1 Preparation and Detection of Acrylate Emulsion and Fluorescent Emulsion Containing Salicylaldehyde Functional Group

[0055] 1. Preparation of Acrylate Emulsion Containing Salicylaldehyde Functional Group

[0056] S1. Dissolving 3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methacrylate (7.2g, accounting for 10% of the total mass of monomers) in butyl acrylate (42.0g, accounting for 58% of the total mass of monomers) and methyl Monomer mixed solution was obtained in methyl acrylate (22.8g, accounting for 32% of the total monomer mass);

[0057] S2. Dissolve DNS-458 (1.09g, the active ingredient is 0.8% of the total monomer mass) in 60mL pure water, add the monomer mixture, stir and pre-emulsify for 30min to obtain a pre-emulsion for later use; ammonium persulfate (0.288 g, 0.8% of the total monomer mass) was dissolved in 30mL pure water to obtain the initiator solution for subsequent use;

[0058] S3. Add DNS-458 (0.15g, the active ingredient is 0.12% of the total monomer mass) ...

Embodiment 2

[0067] The same synthetic method as in Example 1, but changing the ratio of polymerized monomers is: 3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methacrylate accounts for 15% of the total monomer mass, and butyl acrylate accounts for 15% of the total monomer mass. 58%, methyl methacrylate accounted for 27% of the total mass of monomers.

[0068] The obtained emulsion was measured by FT-IR, fluorescence spectrum, etc., and the results were basically consistent with those in Example 1. The glass transition temperatures of emulsion films before and after hydrazine treatment were measured by DSC as -7.0℃ and 2.6℃, respectively.

Embodiment 3

[0070] The same synthetic method as in Example 1, but changing the ratio of polymerized monomers is: 3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzyl methacrylate accounts for 20% of the total monomer mass, and butyl acrylate accounts for 45% of the total monomer mass. %, methyl methacrylate accounts for 35% of the total mass of monomers.

[0071] The obtained emulsion was measured by FT-IR, fluorescence spectrum, etc., and the results were basically consistent with those in Example 1. The glass transition temperatures of emulsion film before and after hydrazine treatment were measured by DSC to be 11.5℃ and 27.8℃, respectively.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel crosslinked acrylic ester emulsion with a fluorescence characteristic and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps that a salicylaldehyde functionalized acrylate monomer and a common acrylate monomer are subjected to emulsion copolymenzation, and an acrylate emulsion containing a salicylaldehyde functional group is obtained; hydrazine hydrate is added into the obtained acrylate emulsion containing the salicylaldehyde functional group, and the acrylic ester emulsion with a crosslinked structure and the fluorescence characteristic can be obtained. The emulsion has a good film-forming property, the emulsion is different from common fluorescent substances which can cause fluorescence self-quenching due to too large concentration, chromophore carried by the emulsion has an aggregation-induced luminescence property, and after the emulsion is subjected to film formation, the emulsion still has high fluorescence. The preparation method of the emulsion adopts an emulsion polymerization technology, the process is simple, and a wide application prospect in the fluorescent paint field is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of emulsion polymerization, in particular to a novel crosslinked acrylate emulsion with fluorescent properties and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, it relates to an acrylate emulsion containing a salicylaldehyde functional group, a preparation method thereof, and a fluorescent acrylate emulsion obtained by treating it with hydrazine. Background technique [0002] Fluorescent paint refers to the paint that emits light when irradiated by ultraviolet lamps, and does not emit light when the irradiation is stopped. Under the same lighting conditions, the reflected light of fluorescent paint is much stronger than that of ordinary pigments, and it is more recognizable; and because of its luminous characteristics, fluorescent paint has wide-angle visibility and does not produce the reflection phenomenon of ordinary reflective paint , that is, the phenomenon of reflected light can only be seen from a...
