Abstract

The invention discloses a bergamot essential oil extraction method. The method includes steps: (1) decontaminating bergamots, drying until the moisture content is not higher than 10%, and grinding to 40-mesh powder for standby application; (2) adopting LED (light emitting diode) for irradiating bergamot particles, wherein illumination time is 15-25min, illumination intensity is 15-20lx, and illumination color temperature is 5500-6000K; (3) adding absolute ethyl alcohol being three times of the bergamot particles in weight, and standing for 1h at 20 DEG C to obtain a mixed solution; (4) putting the mixed solution treated at the step (3) in a microwave extractor, and performing microwave treatment for 10min under a microwave power condition of 400w; (5) extracting vapors, refrigerating collected crude products for 2h in a refrigerator at 5 DEG C, and finally centrifuging for oil-water separation.
