The method comprises the following steps that an ignition target oil layer is determined; air is injected into the ignition target oil layer through an injection well within a preset time to enable sufficient oxygen to exist in the ignition target oil layer for supporting combustion; a hydraulic ejector is utilized for conducting ejecting on a casing pipe, below the ignition target oil layer, of the injection well to enable a through hole to be formed in the casing pipe; after the through hole is formed in the casing pipe, the hydraulic ejector penetrates through the through hole in the casing pipe to drill the lower portion of the ignition target oil layer; after drilling of the lower portion of the ignition target oil layer is completed, ignition is conducted on the lower portion of the ignition target oil layer, hot tail gas generated after ignition is conducted gradually upwards spread to the whole ignition target oil layer, and therefore the ignition target oil layer is subjected to combustion.
