Abstract

The invention provides a sensor calibration device which comprises a wood testing house, a sensor, a cold air generating source and a non-metallic pipe. The wood testing house comprises a vertically arranged support rod, a bottom frame, an intermediate frame and a top frame. The bottom frame, the intermediate frame and the top frame are respectively embedded on the support rod. The intermediate frame is provided with a flat plate which is embedded in the intermediate frame. The top frame is provided with a top plate. A calibration room with a closed space is formed among the flat plate, the top plate and the support rod. An insulation layer is arranged on the inner wall of the calibration room. The sensor is located in the calibration room. The calibration room and the cold air generation source are connected through the non-metallic pipe. No metal exists within 4m around the wooden testing house. The length, the width and the height of the calibration room are respectively 2m, 2m and 2.5m. The calibration room is 2m from the indoor ground. The sensor calibration device provided by the invention has low cost which is about 8,000 yuan. The thick insulation layer is arranged indoors, so that the calibration room can be kept at zero degree.
