Embodiment Construction

[0044] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0045] The striking tool 10 of the present embodiment is a tool for striking by reciprocating a tip tool. At the front end portion of the driving tool 10, a front end tool attachment portion 10a to which a front end tool (not shown) such as a drill bit or a drill bit can be detachably attached is provided. After the tip tool is attached to the tip tool mounting portion 10a, when the tip tool is pressed against an object such as concrete or stone and the driving tool 10 is driven, the tip tool can be used to perforate or pulverize.

[0046] In addition, in this embodiment, an electric drill is used as an example for description, but as an embodiment of the present invention, it is not limited to this, and other types of striking tools such as electric hammers may also be used.

[0047] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, the striking tool 10 includes: a motor 11 , a mechanism...

Abstract

An impact tool (10) includes a mechanism part, a main-body housing (35) and a grip housing (36). The mechanism part strikes a tool bit. The main-body housing (35) holds the mechanism part therein. The grip housing (36) is continuously provided to a rear portion of the main-body housing (35). One end portion of the grip housing (36) is displaceably connected to the main-body housing (35) through an elastic member (40), and the other end portion of the grip housing (36) is rotatably connected to the main-body housing (35) through a rotary joint (43). A center of the rotary joint (43) is disposed on a leading end side of the impact tool (10) with respect to a center of a motor (11) which operates the mechanism part, when viewed in a strike direction of the impact tool (10).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a striking tool for striking by reciprocating a tip tool, and more particularly to a striking tool having a mechanism for attenuating impact force generated during striking. Background technique [0002] When hitting tools such as electric hammers or electric drills are used, the reaction force of the hitting will be transmitted to the user through the handle. Therefore, vibration fatigue may be caused to the user or joint damage may be caused. [0003] Therefore, there has been proposed a tool in which a mechanism for reducing vibration generated during beating is provided in the beating tool to attenuate the impact force during beating. [0004] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which the grip part is relatively rotatably connected to the power tool main body via a rotation shaft at one end side in the extending direction, and is connected via an elastic body and a vibration damping part at the ...
