The well cementing section comprises a well wall pipe of 15 meters long; and cement paste is recharged between the well wall pipe and a well bore. The filter well section comprises a permeable pipe of 30 meters long; a filter is arranged between the permeable pipe and the well bore; and the portion between the permeable pipe and the well bore is filled with pebbles with the diameters of 1-3 centimeters. According to the geothermal well based on the complex geotechnical stratum, silt in underground water can be blocked in the position between the permeable pipe and the well bore and is prevented from entering the geotechnical stratum, the quality of a water source in the geotechnical stratum is improved; and the portion between the permeable pipe and the well bore is filled with the pebbles with the diameters of 1-3 centimeters to further ensure the stability of the filter well section, and meanwhile, because the fillers have the same main components with the geology where the filter well section is located, flow of the underground water is not affected.
