Abstract

The superconducting coil for the superconducting cyclotron comprises a cylindrical coil skeleton on which a thick superconducting coil is wound, wherein the thick superconducting coil is formed by winding superconducting wires; a coil skeleton end plate is arranged at one end of the coil skeleton; a plurality of diversion trenches are arranged in the coil skeleton end plate; and epoxy resin is impregnated on the superconducting wires. By the superconducting coil and the winding impregnation method thereof, gaps between the superconducting wires wound into the thick superconducting coil can be completely filled with the epoxy resin, so that a ''quench'' phenomenon of the superconducting coil due to the gaps between the superconducting wires is avoided.
