Abstract

The invention discloses a cable connector component which can be electrically connected with a butting connector. The cable connector component comprises a connector and a cable which is electrically connected with the connector. The connector comprises an insulting body, multiple conductive terminals which are held in the insulating body and a metal shell which wraps the external side of the insulating body. The cable connector component also comprises a locking device which slides on the insulating body. The locking device comprises a slide block and a lock plate which is connected on the slide block and arranged between the metal shell and the insulating body. The lock plate can be matched with the butting connector in a locking way. The slide block can slide forward and backward along the metal shell and also drive the lock plate to slide forward and backward between the metal shell and the insulating body. The front end of the metal shell is provided with an opening for outward protruding of the lock plate. When the cable connector component is connected with the butting connector in a butting way, the locking device and the butting connector are locked so that the retaining force between the cable connector component and the butting connector can be enhanced.
