Abstract

An adsorption bed system comprises two symmetrically-arranged adsorption beds of the same structure. The upper portions of the two adsorption beds are connected through an outlet pipe. The middle portions of the two adsorption beds communicate with each other. The lower portions of the two adsorption beds are connected with a fluid inlet channel through a fluid return channel and a fluid channel which are connected in parallel. Each adsorption bed comprises an adsorption bed steam ascent pipe, an adsorption bed upper partition, an adsorption bed heat exchange coil pipe and an adsorption bed lower partition, wherein the adsorption bed upper partition, the adsorption bed heat exchange coil pipe and the adsorption bed lower partition are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The two ends of each adsorption bed heat exchange coil pipe are correspondingly and fixedly connected with the adsorption bed upper partition and the adsorption bed lower partition and correspondingly penetrate out of the adsorption bed upper partition and the adsorption bed lower partition. The adsorption bed steam ascent pipe penetrates the adsorption bed lower partition and the adsorption bed upper partition. According to the adsorption bed system, through phase-change heat transfer, the heat of the adsorption beds is recovered continuously, and the adsorption refrigerating efficiency is improved.
