Abstract

The invention discloses a modeling method for production line product manufacturing equipment. The equipment is formed by connecting multiple machining processing nodes together according to the product machining processing logic in a production line mode. The method is applied to software and hardware integration design, based on a control system, of the equipment and generation of the control system. According to the method, the equipment is taken as a system based on a production line, five kinds of configurations including a processor, a transmitter, a sensor, a buffer and a valve are defined to abstract the production line components, a user defines the logical structure of the equipment system according to the function and performance requirements of the equipment to be designed through a visualization mode on the basis of the five kinds of configurations, all the components in the production line are achieved from top to bottom, hardware driving parts in the production line are mapped to hardware modules of the equipment system, and function and performance specifications of the modules and software codes of the control system are given. The method is especially suitable for conducting agility design on compound 3D printing and the manufacturing equipment based on cooperative work.
