The designing and manufacturing method of the tapered anti-side-roll bending torsion bar comprises the steps of discharging, rough machining, double-head bending, heat treating, two-head finish machining and polishing, wherein the tapered segments are machined on a round steel bar according to predesigned and predetermined values before the equal-diameter round steel rod is bent.
