[0050] The slant-preserved strain HEBRC-45958 was activated on ISP-2 plate, cultured at 28°C for 4 days, and a 4mm bacterial plate was punched out with a hole punch and placed in the center of the PDA plate. The slant-preserved C. cassiicola was activated on PDA medium for 5 days, and four 4 mm plates were taken and placed 25 mm away from the HEBRC-45958 plates. The antibacterial zone was observed after culturing for 7 days. The hyphae of C. cassiicola and HEBRC-45958 confronting the border were picked, and the morphological difference of the hyphae under the microscope was treated and compared with the control.
