The comparator A1 is connected with an inverting amplifier. A first pin of the NE555 time-based integrated circuit is grounded and a second pin is connected with a sixth pin of the NE555 time-based integrated circuit. A connecting part of the negative electrode of the diode D2 and the NE555 time-based integrated circuit is arranged at the line between the second pin and the sixth pin of the NE555 time-based integrated circuit.
