One end of the resistor R1 is connected with the inverted input end of the comparator A1, the non-inverting input end of the comparator A1 is grounded, the resistor R2 is connected between the inverted input end of the comparator A1 and the output end, and the comparator A1 is connected with an inverted amplifier. The rectification filtering circuit comprises the diode D1 and an electrolytic capacitor C1; the time-delay circuit comprises a resistor R5 and an electrolytic capacitor C2.
