The building complex-oriented fire monitoring and escape guide system provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that a monitoring network is established by the monitoring host, the coordinator node, the enhanced routing node and the terminal node in the system, fire information in each area is acquired by utilizing a smoke concentration detection circuit and a temperature detection circuit, fire monitoring and escape guide route planning can be completed by upper computer software of the monitoring host, the aims of controlling a direction guide light and playing induction voice are achieved by the enhanced routing node, and high-efficiency escape guide is realized.
