An air supply subsystem comprises a master temperature control area and auxiliary temperature control areas, wherein the master temperature control area and the auxiliary temperature control areas are connected in series in the order from low supply air temperature to high supply air temperature, a variable-frequency fan of a later temperature control area sequentially conveys airflow of a previous temperature control area into the later temperature control area, and then supply airflow can meet the requirements of the later temperature control area.
