Abstract

The invention discloses a generating system for a design patent. The system is composed of a template generation module, a graph inputting module, a view generation module, a view matching module, and a text inputting module. To be specific, the template generation module is used for generating a template of a design patent application file, wherein the template includes a design patent tile column, a six-view column, and a brief description column. The graph inputting module is used for inputting a three-dimensional image of a to-be-applied design patent product. The view generation module is used for generating six views of the product based on the three-dimensional image of the product and storing the views. The view matching module is used for matching the generated six views with the six-view column. The text inputting module is used for inputting text description into the design patent application file and the brief description column. The provided system has advantages of rapid and simple manufacturing of a design patent and high manufacturing efficiency.
