The system comprises at least two serial ternary lithium batteries, a first contactor and a second contactor having the same number as the ternary lithium batteries, a heavy-current discharge resistor, a ternary lithium battery voltage detection module, an ARM controller and a protective device. The ARM controller obtains the voltage of each ternary lithium battery through the ternary lithium battery voltage detection module, and when the equalization degree between the ternary lithium batteries is larger than a setting threshold value, the ternary lithium battery with the maximum voltage is discharged through the heavy-current discharge resistor according to the setting time. The ARM is taken as a main equalization controller to improve the control speed. The contactor matrix mode is employed to realize the heavy-current discharge of the ternary lithium battery so as to realize the equalization reliability and realize the heavy-current discharge.
