Abstract

The system comprises at least two lead-acid batteries in series connection, first contactors and second contactors with same number as the lead-acid batteries, a high-current discharge resistor, a lead-acid battery voltage detection module, an FPGA controller and a protection device. The FPGA controller obtains the voltage of each lead-acid battery through the lead-acid battery voltage detection module; and if the balance degree between the lead-acid batteries is greater than a set threshold, the lead-acid battery with the highest voltage is discharged by the high-current discharge resistor according to the set time. According to the system, by adopting the FPGA as the main balance controller, the system cost is lowered. Through a contactor matrix way, high-current discharge of the lead-acid battery is realized so as to improve the balance reliability and realize high-current discharge. The system has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, safety and reliability and good balance effect.
