Embodiment Construction

[0106] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0107] like figure 1 As shown, the present invention designs an image fusion method based on wavelet directional correlation coefficient, uses wavelet transform to decompose the source image into low-frequency and high-frequency parts of different scales, and the low-frequency sub-band adopts the spatial frequency correlation coefficient based on cyclic shift sub-block Determined pixel point fusion rules; for each high-frequency sub-band according to the directional characteristics of the sub-band where it is located, the high-frequency coefficient is determined by using the normalized correlation coefficient difference between the regional energy and the gradient based on the directional characteristics.

[0108] Specific steps are as follows:

[0109] Step 001. The two images A and B to be fused are denoised and image...

Abstract

The invention relates to an image fusion method based on a wavelet direction correlation coefficient. An image is decomposed into a three-layer low-frequency sub band part and a three-layer high-frequency sub band part by using db3 wavelet conversion, wherein low-frequency sub bands employ a pixel point fusion rule determined based on cyclic shift sub block space frequency correlation coefficient; and for all high-frequency sub bands, high-frequency coefficients are determined by regional energy and a gradient normalization correlation coefficient difference based on direction characteristics of the sub bands. According to the image fusion method designed by the invention, correlation of wavelet coefficient spatial frequencies as well as direction correlation between the energy and gradient is taken into consideration and the coefficient participating in fusion is more important and accurate for subjective and objective quality of the fused image. The fusion precision and practicability are high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an image fusion method, in particular to an image fusion method based on wavelet direction correlation coefficient. Background technique [0002] Image fusion is a technology that composites multi-source images through advanced image processing technology. Through specific algorithms, multiple images of the same scene obtained from different sensors (or the same sensor at different times or different observation angles) are comprehensively processed. In this way, a more accurate, more comprehensive, and more reliable image that meets certain requirements and describes the target or scene is obtained, which is convenient for human observation and further processing by the computer. Due to these characteristics, image fusion technology has been widely used in military, remote sensing, computer vision and medical fields. [0003] Image fusion processing is mainly performed at three different levels: pixel-level fusion, feature-le...
