The double-output power distribution method is used for controllably distributing power of a double-output system. The double-output system comprises a power device, a double-output power distribution system and two working devices, wherein the double-output power distribution system comprises a controller and the differential mechanism; an input spindle is arranged at the input end of the differential mechanism; one output half shaft is arranged at each of the output ends on the two sides of the differential mechanism; and the output half shafts are further provided with sensors and electrically-controlled brakes. According to the method, the double-output power distribution system is adopted, the power distribution condition of the output half shafts is monitored in real time through the sensors, the braking force applied to the output half shafts is adjusted through the electrically-controlled brakes, the power distribution proportion on one side is decreased by increasing the braking force on the side, the power distribution proportion on one side is increased by decreasing the braking force on the side, the differential is applied to the double-output power distribution system, and controllable distribution of power of the double-output system is achieved through braking the output half shafts.
