Abstract

A power output shaft of the pushing air cylinder is connected with the material pushing block through a connection block, and the function of pushing to achieve material feeding through reciprocating motion can be achieved. The whole mechanism is mounted on a mounting base plate. When the pushing air cylinder extends out, materials are pushed to fixed positions, namely preset feeding positions; and when the pushing air cylinder retracts back, under the action of a balancing weight, the materials fall to fixed positions, namely material falling positions, to be pushed with material rods and material falling holes in a material locating seat as guides. In the material pushing process, a material guiding block plays a role in limiting and guiding the materials, so the parts are prevented from being pushed obliquely or away. A sensor is used for detecting whether the materials are pushed to the fixed positions or not or whether the parts are picked up or not.
