Abstract

The invention provides a DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) hybridized micro-fluidic detector based on an optical fiber micro-cavity echo wall. The DNA hybridized micro-fluidic detector comprises a tapered micro-optical fiber assisted U-shaped micro-cavity and a hollow-core quartz optical fiber, wherein the hollow-core quartz optical fiber and a micro-optical fiber are vertically arranged in the U-shaped micro-cavity. Large evanescent field coupling can be provided and an echo wall mode in a quartz optical fiber wall can be stimulated, without the need of utilizing the very thin micro-optical fiber. A polylysine molecule and a single-chain DNA probe molecule are modified on the surface of the inner wall of the hollow-core quartz optical fiber by utilizing an ion adsorption effect; and the refractive index in the quartz optical fiber is changed by hybridization between a target ssDNA molecule and an ssDNA probe molecule, so that the effect of the DNA hybridized micro-fluidic detector is realized. The DNA hybridized micro-fluidic detector has the advantages of high robustness, high sensitivity, low detection limit, trace sample consumption, high integration, high degree of automation and the like, and has great meaning on establishment of a high-integration biochip laboratory.
