Abstract
The invention discloses an avocado can preparation method which comprises the following technological steps: peeling fresh avocado and cutting into cubes for standby application; filling a canned bottle with the avocado, smashing through a smashing tool, then putting the canned bottle into a steamer to perform steam bath for 15 to 20 minutes, stopping heating, cooling for 2 to 3 minutes, coating a layer of wax yellow on an uppermost layer of the avocado, covering a bottle cap of the canned bottle, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain an avocado can. By adopting the avocado can preparation method, natural fruit taste is remained, and the avocado can is rich in nutrients and better in eating taste.
