Abstract

The invention discloses a dust removal system of a melting and casting furnace. The dust removal system comprises a dust removal tower, a spray device, a negative pressure device and an exhaust pipe, wherein the negative pressure device is communicated with the dust removal tower; the exhaust pipe is communicated with the negative pressure device; a gas inlet is formed in the dust removal tower; the gas inlet and the negative pressure device are arranged on two opposite sides of the dust removal tower respectively; the spray device is corresponding to the dust removal tower; and a water outlet is formed at the bottom of the dust removal tower. With the dust removal tower, the waste gas generated by the production of the melting and casting furnace can enter the dust removal tower through the gas inlet; with the spray device, the dust in the waste gas can be dissolved in water for removal; and with the negative pressure device, the gas after dust removal can conveniently flow out, and the waste gas enters the dust removal tower to be treated by the negative pressure device before being discharged by the exhaust pipe. Therefore, the dust in the gas treated by the dust removal system of the melting and casting furnace is mostly cleaned by the spray device and not carried out and, thus atmospheric pollution is greatly reduced, and an effect of environmental protection is realized.
