Abstract

The dry-mixed mortar stirrer shaft end sealing device is provided with two seals which are the gas seal and the packing seal from inside to outside of a barrel body correspondingly. An abrasion-resistant sleeve, a packing group and a pressing plate are sequentially arranged outside a shaft sleeve. A sealing plate is welded to the barrel body of a stirrer. The shaft sleeve is fixed to a stirring shaft. An outer groove and an inner groove are formed in the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the abrasion-resistant sleeve correspondingly. Vent holes are uniformly distributed and formed in a circumferential ring of the outer groove, lead to the inner groove and serve as channels of compressed gas. A gas inlet connector communicates with the outer groove of the abrasion-resistant sleeve. The compressed gas enters an outer groove cavity of the abrasion-resistant sleeve through the gas inlet connector and then enters the inner groove through the vent holes.
