Abstract

The invention discloses a measuring device and method of microwave material permittivity and electricity tuning rates. The device comprises an upper metal plate and a lower metal plate which are parallelly arranged, a dielectric resonator is arranged between the upper metal plate and the lower metal plate, the two ends of the lower metal plate are provided with rectangular cavities enclosed by metal plates respectively, the cavities are located at the low portion of the lower metal plate, and each cavity is internally provided with a coaxial feed probe. According to the measuring device and method of the microwave material permittivity and the electricity tuning rates, the coaxial feed probes are arranged in the cavities enclosed by the metal plates, the discharging effect between a high-voltage electrode and the coaxial feed probes is avoided, and thus the measuring device and method can be used for measuring the permittivity of a material under high-pressure biasing.
