Problems solved by technology

However, this patent does not compare the degradation rate of antibiotics without adding compost raw materials and adding compost raw materials, so it is impossible to understand the effect of compost raw materials on the degradation of antibiotics in livestock and poultry manure, and this method is only for tetracycline antibiotics

Embodiment 1

[0046] (1) The compost raw material is a mixture of pig manure and auxiliary materials, and the pH is acidic.

[0047] (2) Add 1% activated carbon and 5% attapulgite to the raw material, turn the pile 2-3 times, and mix well;

[0048] (3) Measure the pH of the pile and find that the pH of the pile is between 6-7;

[0049] (4) Mix evenly, stack into strips, adjust the moisture content between 60%-65%, turn the pile every 5-7 days, and ferment for 42 days.

Embodiment 2

[0051] (1) The composting raw material is pig manure, no auxiliary materials are added, and the pH is alkaline.

[0052] (2) Add 1% activated carbon, 5% attapulgite and 10% sawdust to the raw material, turn the pile 2-3 times and mix evenly;

[0053] (3) Measure the pH of the compost. The pH of the compost is weakly alkaline, so spray acetic acid in the compost to adjust the pH of the compost to between 6-7;

[0054] (3) Mix evenly, stack into strips, adjust the moisture content between 60%-65%, turn the pile every 5-7 days, and ferment for 35-49 days.

Embodiment 3

[0056] The difference from implementation 1 is that in step (2), 1% activated carbon, 5% attapulgite, 10% wood chips and 0.5% biological activated carbon are added to the raw material wet weight.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composting method capable of efficiently degrading antibiotics in livestock excrements. Degradation of a plurality of antibiotics, such as sulfonamides, tetracyclines, macrolides and fluoroquinolones, in a compost can be obviously promoted by adding an antibiotic degradation promoter with a specific using amount into a composting raw material and using specific composting steps, and meanwhile, available heavy metal content in the compost is reduced. The antibiotic degradation promoter consists of an activated carbon and an attapulgite, and can also be used with a biological activated carbon comprising the activated carbon and phanerochaete chrysosporium.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental pollution restoration, in particular to a composting method for efficiently degrading antibiotics in livestock and poultry manure. Background technique [0002] Agricultural use of organic fertilizers is one of the more economical and effective ways to recycle solid waste from farming. In the current form where the state advocates the reduction of chemical fertilizers, the role of organic fertilizers in agriculture will become more and more important. The long-term and large-scale application of manure organic fertilizers from aquaculture sources also increased the residues of antibiotics in the soil. The contamination of soil by veterinary antibiotics has become a global and widespread problem. Most antibiotics have high biological activity, so there must be certain potential ecological environment risks. [0003] Since the organic manure of livestock and poultry manure is the main contri...
