Abstract

The invention provides an encrypted satellite communication system and method, relating to the field of communication. The system comprises a satellite communication network, a quantum key server and multiple mobile terminals, wherein the mobile terminals are electrically connected with the quantum key server; the quantum key server respectively distributes an identical group of quantum key sets to the mobile terminals with secret communication requirements in response to the operations of administrators and users; the mobile terminal that sends the data is matched with the quantum key sets corresponding to the mobile terminal that receives the data; the mobile terminal that sends the data obtains a first quantum key set from the quantum key sets corresponding to the mobile terminal that receives the data; the mobile terminal that sends the data encrypts the communication data by using the first quantum key to implement secondary encryption on the satellite communication; and the secondary encryption mode is different from an original satellite communication encryption mode, the secondary encryption is separately carried out to each mobile terminal, and thus the whole satellite communication process can be more secure and confidential.
