The method comprises the processes that a finite element model containing a needed hail component is established; modeling of interposition of cohesion between two arbitrary units is realized based on a PYTHON scripting language of ABAQUS to form a hail model with cohesion units; and the hail mesh model with the cohesion units is used in combination with a composite laminate model to realize finite element simulating calculation of a hail impact composite laminate. The method for establishing the hail model based on interposition of cohesion between two arbitrary units is provided by use of the ABAQUS-PYTHON scripting language. Through the method, the function of interposing cohesion between two arbitrary units, which cannot be achieved through an ABAQUS existing module, can be achieved, the hail model with the cohesion units is established, and efficient modeling based on the scripting language is completely compatible with ABAQUS.
