Abstract

The invention provides a piezoelectric fan inherent frequency measuring method and a piezoelectric fan. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of first frequencies are selected from the first frequency range of voltages input to the piezoelectric fan, the voltages of the multiple first frequencies are sequentially input to the piezoelectric fan correspondingly, and the input time lasts for the first preset time; the voltages of the multiple first frequencies are stopped being input to the piezoelectric fan correspondingly; the amplitude values of sampled signals of the voltages of the multiple first frequencies are obtained correspondingly within the time duration of the piezoelectric effect; and amplitude values, meeting the first preset condition, of the amplitude values of the sampled signals of the voltages of the multiple first frequencies are determined, and the first frequency of the voltage which corresponds to the amplitude value meeting the first preset condition is determined to be the real-time inherent frequency of the piezoelectric fan. The real-time inherent frequency of the piezoelectric fan can be determined according to the amplitude values of the sampled signals of the voltages of the multiple first frequencies, accordingly, the inherent frequency of the piezoelectric fan can be tracked effectively, and the piezoelectric fan can work stably for a long time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to fan technology, in particular to a method for measuring the natural frequency of a piezoelectric fan and the piezoelectric fan. Background technique [0002] With the high integration of semiconductor components, the size of electronic equipment is getting smaller and smaller, and the disadvantages of traditional fans such as loud noise, serious electromagnetic interference, unstable wind direction and speed, and difficult cleaning have become increasingly prominent. The piezoelectric fan made of piezoelectric material and thin metal plate is more and more favored by people because of its small size, low cost, no electromagnetic noise, long life, low power consumption and many other advantages. Various electronic equipment cooling applications have begun to try to use piezoelectric fans to replace traditional fans. [0003] Piezoelectric fans usually consist of fan blades and piezoelectric ceramic elements mounted on the blade...
