The fan comprises a piezoelectric oscillator, a supporting block, a mass block and a base, and is characterized by further comprising a cymbal-shaped cavity structure, wherein the piezoelectric oscillator is arranged on the base, and the side, in the thickness direction, of the piezoelectric oscillator is connected with the supporting block; the supporting block is connected with a first cymbal-shaped cavity element of the cymbal-shaped cavity, the first cymbal-shaped cavity element is provided with taper air inlet holes, a second cymbal-shaped cavity element is provided with flow passing holes, the second cymbal-shaped cavity element is connected with the mass block, an opening of the first cymbal-shaped cavity element and an opening of the second cymbal-shaped cavity element are oppositely arranged and connected in a sealed mode to form a cymbal-shaped pump cavity, and taper outlet holes are distributed in the positions, corresponding to the flow passing holes, of the mass block; during work, the piezoelectric oscillator vibrates under the action of alternating voltage, so that the volume of the cymbal-shaped pump cavity changes, fluids are pushed to flow in from the air inlet holes and flow out from the air outlet holes, and the resonance piezoelectric fan has the advantages of being compact in structure and large in cavity size variable quantity.
