Non-uniform brightness caused by a driving transistors threshold voltage deviation and IR pressure drop can be avoided. Simultaneously, when luminescence efficiency of the organic light emitting diode is reduced, a current flowing through the driving transistors can be automatically increased so that luminous brightness of the organic light emitting diode is basically unchanged and then a service life of the active-matrix organic light emitting display is prolonged.
