A current output by a driving transistor is decided by a data voltage provided by a data line, a threshold voltage of an organic light emitting diode and a second power supply voltage provided by a second power supply. A threshold voltage of the driving transistors is irrelevant with a first power supply voltage provided by a first power supply. Non-uniform brightness caused by a driving transistors threshold voltage deviation and IR pressure drop can be avoided. Simultaneously, when luminescence efficiency of the organic light emitting diode is reduced, a current flowing through the driving transistors can be automatically increased so that luminous brightness of the organic light emitting diode is basically unchanged and then a service life of the active-matrix organic light emitting display is prolonged.
