The steel bar shears comprise a steel bar shear body, a screw rod, a hanging buckle grid, a hanging buckle base and a hanging device. The hanging buckle grid is formed by connecting the multiple hanging buckles. The hanging device comprises clamping plates, the nut and clamping pillars. The end of one handle arm of the steel bar shear body is connected with the two clamping plates, and the upper end of the other handle arm is provided with a hanging clip. One end of the screw rod is movably connected with the hanging buckle base, and the other end of the screw rod is provided with the nut. The hanging buckle base and the hanging buckle grid are connected together. The clamping pillars on the two opposite edges of the nut are clamped into clamping openings of the clamping plates. In the shearing process of a steel bar, a proper buckle grid of the hanging buckle grid is hung on the hanging clip, shearing plates are clamped onto the steel bar, the handle arm where the clamping plates are located is held by one hand, the other hand pulls a crank to rotate, the two handle arms are folded and accordingly the steel bar can be sheared off.
