Abstract

The material bin is arranged above the vibration disc. The material distributor is installed on the machine frame. The discharge end of the vibration disc is connected with the material distributor. The material distributor is connected with the welding gun through a conveying pipe. In the nut conveyor, materials are sent to the material distributor through the vibration disc and enter the conveying gun through the material distributor in order, the materials are then sent to an assigned position through the conveying gun, the whole process is automatically operated, human hand operation is not needed, and the production efficiency is greatly improved while the error rate is decreased.
