Abstract

The invention discloses a data transmission system and a data transmission method. The data transmission method is applied to a mobile terminal and external equipment connected to the mobile terminal by means of a preset interface. The external equipment comprises a second application processor, and a second modulator-demodulator embedded with a virtual subscriber identification card. When the second application processor which enters an awakening state from a dormant state by means of a handshake keyword detects a data transmission command, the second application processor detects whether a data packet in a transmission state exists in the preset interface; and if not, the second application processor transmits a data packet to be transmitted to the first application processor in an awakening state by means of the preset interface after first preset time. The data transmission system and the data transmission method improve the accuracy rate of the mobile terminal in identifying the data packet transmitted by the external equipment during the process of realizing double LTE communication by means of the mobile terminal via the external equipment.
