Embodiment Construction

[0032] The synthesis and characterization of the sensor molecule S of the present invention and its application in relay colorimetry / fluorescence recognition of iron ions and fluorine ions will be further described below through specific examples.

[0033] 1. Preparation of sensor molecule S

[0034] In 50ml absolute ethanol, add 1.49g (4×10 -3 mol) N-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-undecylbenzimidazole, 2.17g 80% hydrazine hydrate (4×10 -2 mol) at a temperature of 80°C for 10 hours, after the reaction was completed and cooled to room temperature, the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation, the sample was mixed and loaded on the column, and eluted with chloroform:methanol=100:1 (v / v), and the light yellow solid product was obtained as Sensor molecule S; yield 78.6%. Its mass spectrum see figure 1 .

Abstract

The invention designs and synthesizes a sensor molecule for recognizing iron ions and fluorine ions through fluorescence-colorimetric relay. A rigid structural group benzimidazole is introduced into the sensor molecule, so that the sensor molecule has an excellent aggregation fluorescence property. The sensor molecule can be self-assembled into a supermolecule organogel in various mixed aqueous solutions; after the organogel is combined with the iron ions, a metal organogel is formed, the gel color is changed from white to blue and the aggregation fluorescence quenching phenomenon happens, so that the colorimetric-fluorescence recognition for the iron ions is realized; the metal organogel can be used for further recognizing the fluorine ions, the color of the metal organogel is recovered from blue to white, and meanwhile, the fluorescence radiation property is recovered, so that the 'OFF-ON' signal reflection of the sensor molecule is realized. The synthesis of the 'ON-OFF-ON' type sensor molecule can realize the multifunctional application of the sensor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ion detection, and relates to a sensor molecule capable of relay identifying iron ions and fluorine ions, in particular to a highly sensitive relay colorimetric-fluorescent sensor molecule for identifying iron ions and fluoride ions; the invention also relates to the sensor molecule Preparation of organogels and their application in colorimetric-fluorometric identification of iron and fluoride ions. Background technique [0002] Iron is one of the essential trace elements for the human body. Iron participates in the synthesis of hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytochrome, cytochrome oxidase and catalyst, while iron affects the synthesis of protein and DNA and the metabolism of hematopoietic vitamins. Due to the relationship between iron and enzymes and the participation of iron in hematopoietic function, it is determined that iron deficiency can increase the body's infectivity, reduce the bactericidal ability of white bloo...
