The invention discloses a method for realizing bearer switching, a terminal and an eNB. The method comprises the following step: when at least one data wireless bearer of the terminal needs to be switched from a source eNB to a target eNB, keeping data transmission between the terminal and the source eNB for the data wireless bearer needing to be switched in a bearer switching process till the terminal accesses the target eNB successfully. Through the technical scheme for realizing bearer switching provided by the invention, uplink data of a user plane data bearer needing to be switched in the terminal are always transmitted to the source eNB before the terminal succeeds in random access to the target eNB, and the terminal immediately starts working of a new wireless protocol stack while deleting an original wireless protocol stack of a switched bearer after the terminal succeeds in random access to the target eNB, thereby preventing long-time significant decrease in data throughput during execution of a bearer switching program, and improving the user experience.
