The improved particle lime nitrogen is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.47 to 1.4% of silicon, 7.17 to 11.41% of oxygen, 18.3 to 24.33% of carbon, 0.53 to 1.59% of aluminum, 39.34 to 50.26% of calcium, 0.14 to 0.7% of iron, 0.18 to 0.6% of magnesium and 18.46 to 23.01% of nitrogen. The method comprises the following steps: during soil preparation, spreading an organic fertilizer or animal manure, spreading the improved particle lime nitrogen, turning over, bedding, sealing, irrigating water in a bed, removing a film, airing, and the like; ventilating air for airing, and transplanting a tomato seedling; dressing a compound mixed fertilizer for three times in the growth process of the tomato seedling after transplanting.
