The hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic electric appliance control system and a hydraulic oil cylinder. The hydraulic oil tank arranged on the base plate mechanism is at least internally provided with two sets of motors and oil pumps, wherein the motors and the oil pumps are in parallel connection and backup for each other.
