An exhaust gas after-treatment device 1 comprises: a housing 2 in which at least one mounting pipe 3 containing a mounting space 4 is arranged; and at least one cartridge 5 arranged replaceably in the mounting space 4, the cartridge comprising a cartridge tube 6 and at least one exhaust gas after-treatment element 7 arranged in the cartridge tube 6.
