The 1,000 MPa-level hot galvanizing dual-phase steel is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.07 to 0.15 percent of C, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of Si, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of S, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of Al, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of Cr, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of Mo, 0.02 to 0.04 percent of Ti, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of V, less than or equal to 0.005 percent of B and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The method comprises the following steps: smelting molten steel, and performing casting to obtain a casting blank; performing hot rolling on the casting blank, thus forming a hot rolled plate, and heating the hot rolled plate to 1,200 DEG C or above; pickling the hot rolled plate, and performing cold rolling on the hot rolled plate; continuously annealing a cold-rolled plate slab; performing hot galvanizing on the annealed plate slab; and finishing the hot-galvanized plate slab.
