The water inlet pipe is connected with one side of an ice-making chamber of the ice-making device; a turning corner end, connected with the ice-making chamber, of the water inlet pipe is formed on the end part of the ice-making chamber; a negative pressure production section is formed on the outer part close to the turning corner end; a spray nozzle of which a spray mouth is toward the turning corner end is formed in the negative pressure production section; the side wall of the negative pressure production section extends outward corresponding to the upper part of the spray mouth of the nozzle so as to form an air lead-in pipe; and a non-return valve is arranged on the air lead-in pipe. According to the water inlet pipe for the ice-making device, pressure difference is produced by the negative pressure production section; because of the pressure difference, the air is sucked into the air lead-in pipe communicated with the atmosphere; because of the arrangement of the turning corner end, water sprayed out of the spray nozzle strikes to the inner wall of the turning corner end, activated water with high energy and high vibration is produced, and separation pressure of water is improved to make the ice which is firm and is difficult to thaw.
