Abstract

The invention applies to the technical field of network measurement and provides an end-to-end QoS performance verification method and system for a heterogeneous network based on OPNET. The method comprises the steps of configuring performance evaluation quantity of network nodes and the whole network, and service configuration parameters; establishing service streams by service sending ends according to the service configuration parameters and sending the service streams according to a set time interval; forwarding the service streams to a DiffServ network and a WLAN network under IPv6 through a switch, and arranging a scheduling sequence of the service streams according to a WFQ algorithm; receiving the service streams by corresponding service receiving ends; and querying the performance evaluation quantity of the network nodes and the whole network. According to the embodiment of the invention, DiffServ network and WLAN network topology structures are established through OPNET simulation software. The performance evaluation quantity and the service configuration parameters are configured based on the network topology structures. The service sending ends configure the service streams according to the service configuration parameters. The service streams are sent to the service receiving ends through established networks. The performance evaluation quantity is monitored through the OPNET simulation software, so the network performance is evaluated.
