Embodiment 1

[0015] A kind of seedling raising method of Chinese chestnut, concrete steps are as follows:

[0016] A. Preparation of nutrient soil: Take 400 kg of yellow heart soil, 150 kg of carbonized chaff, 80 kg of humus soil, and 50 kg of dried tung seeds to mix and prepare nutrient soil. The nutrient soil is screened out with a mesh of 5 mm. Coarse particles; then spray the nutrient soil with 1000 times of liquid of 80% wettable powder of polyrhiza to disinfect, and pack the nutrient soil into the seedling raising bag after 3 days;

[0017] B, scion selection: select the annual fruiting mother branch with strong growth and full bud eyes as the scion, the scion has 2 full buds, then cut the lower end of the scion into a wedge-shaped slope with a grafting knife, and the length of the wedge-shaped slope is 2.5 cm;

[0018] C. Selection of bud seedling anvils: Select a vigorous sprout. When the first true leaf is about to unfold and the second true leaf appears, cut off the tender shoots...

Embodiment 2

[0022] A kind of seedling raising method of Chinese chestnut, concrete steps are as follows:

[0023] A, preparation of nutrient soil: 500 kilograms of yellow heart soil, 200 kilograms of carbonized chaff, 100 kilograms of humus, 80 kilograms of tung seeds are mixed to prepare nutrient soil, and the nutrient soil is sieved with a mesh of 8 mm Remove coarse particles; then spray the nutrient soil with 1500 times of liquid of 80% wettable powder of polyrhiza to disinfect, and pack the nutrient soil into the seedling raising bag after 3 days;

[0024] B, scion selection: select the annual fruiting mother branch with strong growth and full bud eyes as the scion, the scion has 3 full buds, then cut the lower end of the scion into a wedge-shaped slope with a grafting knife, and the wedge-shaped slope is 3 cm long;

Abstract

The invention discloses a seedling method of Chinese chestnut and relates to the technical field of seedling cultivation. The method comprises the following steps of (A) preparing nutrient soil: mixing the raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of yellow soil, 15-20 parts of carbonized rice husk, 8-10 parts of humus and 5-8 parts of dried tung seeds to prepare the nutrient soil; (B) selecting a scion: selecting an annual bearing base shoot which is thick in growth and full in buds as the scion, wherein the scion is provided with 2-3 full buds; (C) selecting a bud seedling stock: selecting a bud seedling which is healthy in growth; (D) grafting: making the cutting surface of the scion opposite to a notch of the seedling stock and binding and fixing the scion by using a film from bottom to top; and (E) seedling: putting the grafted seedling into a shading shed of which the shading density is 70-80%. Compared with the prior art, the grafted seedling is cultivated by adopting the nutrient soil and growth of the grafted seedling is promoted; new shoot growth of the grafted seedling is facilitated through controlling the shading density, the temperature and the humidity; and the fertilizer is sprayed to supply required nutrients for growth of the grafted seedling and the seedling rate of the seedling reaches 87%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nursery stock cultivation, in particular to a chestnut seedling cultivation method. Background technique [0002] Chestnut is a plant of the Fagaceae Chestnut genus. Chestnut not only contains a lot of starch, but also is rich in protein, vitamins and other nutrients. It is known as the "king of dried fruits". Chestnut tastes sweet and delicious, and the meat is delicious. It is a cheap, high-quality, nutritious tonic and a good medicine for nourishing. Chestnut is sown with seeds, and the seedlings need to be planted for about 6 years before they can bloom and bear fruit; while the grafted seedlings can bloom and bear fruit after planting for 2 to 3 years, but the current seedling success rate of grafted seedlings is only 80%, which is relatively low. Contents of the invention [0003] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for raising chestnut seedlings, which can so...
