Embodiment 1

[0038] see Figure 1-Figure 3 , a face recognition method based on a polar imaging stereo camera, comprising the steps of:

[0039] Step 1. Combining the geometrical radial structure and the knowledge of catadioptric reflection and refraction in optics, using a truncated conical internal reflector and a lens to construct a stereo camera based on the polar imaging system, and integrate and package the overall structure;

[0040] The construction of a stereo camera based on the polar imaging system is realized in the following steps:

[0041] Step 1a, select a camera lens with relatively high resolution. The system needs to image the object multiple times, not only the actual viewpoint imaging the object, but also the virtual viewpoint reflected by the conical mirror. Choosing a high-resolution camera lens will obtain more pixels, that is, more object information, and provide sufficient feature points for stereo matching for subsequent depth reconstruction;

Embodiment 2

[0054] see Figure 4 , based on a polar imaging stereo camera, which is used to obtain a two-dimensional polar image of a human face; a controller, including a storage module, a processing module, and a verification module; the stereo camera is electrically connected to the controller; wherein, the storage module is used to store a plurality of human faces information to form a face sample library; the processing module is used to perform the processing steps of step (3)-step (6) in embodiment 1 to obtain depth information and feature vector information of the face; Whether the real-time face information obtained by the two-dimensional polar image processing is consistent with the face information in the face sample library.

[0055] The controller in the face recognition device of the present invention is an existing technology, which includes multiple modules and logic algorithms, and those skilled in the art can select from the existing technology as needed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a face recognition method based on a pole imaging stereo camera and face recognition equipment. The method comprises the steps that the stereo camera based on a pole imaging system is constructed; the stereo camera is utilized to collect face data to obtain a two-dimensional pole image of a face; affine transformation is performed on the two-dimensional pole image to obtain images of the face at three different viewpoints; a multi-viewpoint stereo matching method is utilized to perform stereo reconstruction on the images of the face at the three different viewpoints to obtain a three-dimensional structure of the face; the face in the two-dimensional pole image is detected and partitioned to obtain a complete two-dimensional face image; key points and local features of the face are extracted according to the complete two-dimensional face image and the three-dimensional structure of the face, and feature vectors are calculated to obtain depth information and feature vector information of the face; multiple pieces of face information is collected to establish a face database; and to-be-recognized face information is compared with the information in the face information base to judge whether the to-be-recognized face information is consistent with the information in the face information base. Through the method, the face information can be recognized easily, quickly and accurately.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological feature recognition, in particular to a face recognition method and a face recognition device based on a polar imaging stereo camera. Background technique [0002] With the development of computer technology, face recognition, as an important biometric feature, has become one of the signs of identity authentication. At present, the face recognition method used by researchers has developed from low-dimensional space to high-dimensional space. [0003] It is a key issue in the field of biometrics to accurately and quickly reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of the human face. 3D reconstruction is generally divided into the following five steps: image acquisition, camera calibration, feature extraction, stereo matching and 3D reconstruction. In this field, the first few steps need to be done well to improve the accuracy of each link and reduce the error, so as to obtain a more accurate s...
