Abstract

The invention discloses an injection for treating lumbar disc herniation. The injection consists of the following raw materials: 8-10 ml of salviae miltiorrhizae injection, 0.5-1 ml of compound betamethasone injection, 1-2 ml of mecobalamine injection, 6-9.5 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and 1 ml of iohexol injection. The compound betamethasone injection is sterilizing injection suspension which is formed by mixing betamethasone dipropionate and betamethasone sodium phosphate. The drug raw materials do not have incompatibility, the salviae miltiorrhizae injection has effects of promoting collateral circulation, improving blood supply and promoting tissue regeneration by removing blood stasis, and can promote annulus fibrosus repairing and regenerating, corticosteroids has effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting rheumatism and resisting allergy; chemical substances which are overflowed out of an intervertebral disc from a nucleus pulposus are inhibited; the mecobalamine injection supplements vitamin B12, nourishes and repairs nerves, and relieves peripheral nerve disorders; the 0.9% sodium chloride solution is used for improving an inflammatory environment; and the iohexol injection is a non-ionic contrast agent, and is used for spinal contrast to observe distribution conditions of medicines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an injection, in particular to an injection for treating lumbar protrusion. Background technique [0002] According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health, the number of patients with lumbar spondylosis in my country has exceeded 200 million, and patients with lumbar disc herniation account for 15.2% of the total number of people in the country. It has been on the rise for many years, and it has expanded from middle-aged to young adults at an alarming rate year by year. Since the number of people who sit and work all the year round increases in proportion with the improvement of science and technology, such as IT, engineering design, drivers and other jobs, as well as population aging and environmental pollution are also important factors, and there are 8-10 million new patients every year. With the continuous improvement of the national medical security system and the continuous improvement of the needs of patients, highe...
