The invention further relates to a method for controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle with the fuel cells. The unmanned aerial vehicle with the fuel cells and the method have the advantages that required air flow and pressures can be supplied to the fuel cells by the wind power generated by the propellers of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle can have a function of sufficiently dissipating the heat for the fuel cell system, and accordingly the fuel cells can reliably run in allowable temperature ranges.
